Use of Student Record Information. Recipient will use Student Record Information only for the purpose of [Describe Project or enclose attachment describing Project] (“Project”), and will make no use of Student Record Information, in whole or in part, for any other purposes. Recipient will keep confidential all Student Record Information and will take all necessary steps to ensure the confidentiality the Student Record Information.
