5.1.5 Designate in writing a single authorized representative able to request data under this Agreement. The authorized representative shall be responsible for transmitting all data requests and maintaining a log or other record of all data requested and received pursuant to this Agreement, including confirmation of the completion of any projects and the return or destruction of data as required by this Agreement. District or its agents may, upon request, review the records required to be kept under this section;
5.1.6 Maintain all data obtained pursuant to this Agreement in a secure computer environment and not copy, reproduce or transmit data obtained pursuant to this Agreement except as necessary to fulfill the purpose of this Agreement. All copies of data of any type, including any modifications or additions to data from any source that contains information regarding students, are subject to the provisions of this Agreement in the same manner as the original data. The ability to access or maintain data under this Agreement shall not under any circumstances transfer from Contractor to any other institution or entity;

DISTRICT DUTIES. District shall assume storage responsibilities for vehicles requiring a greater than 30 day service due to an accident or warranty-related issues. The District agrees to follow the procedures for:
a. Submitting a service ticket for each mechanical issue and describe detailed observations of the issue, a list of symptoms, and any other related information to aid in the expediting of the service.
b. Providing reasonable access to District-owned facilities that house the assigned vehicles for vehicle maintenance and repairs when not located at County facilities, if applicable.
c. Submitting mileage for each assigned vehicle weekly via email to the designated inbox.
DISTRICT DUTIES. (a) A unit member may be requested to serve on a District committee each year. Participation on a District committee shall be purely voluntary.
(b) If a staff member participates on a District committee which requires unusually frequent or lengthy meetings, the staff member may request a reduction in the site extra-duty assignments or site committee assignments in order to equalize the extra- duty work load.
(c) A list of all District committees and committee members shall be provided to the RTPA President. The President may appoint additional members to each committee if they desire.

DISTRICT DUTIES. Consistent and in compliance with the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN) issued by the Board, District shall provide and deliver fire and emergency medical transport and non‐transport services to the residents residing within TVPSD area depicted in Exhibit “A.” District shall maintain complete financial records at all times in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; and shall maintain performance records to demonstrate and substantiate compliance with the COPCN issued to the District by the Board. All activities and records of District shall be subject to audit at any time by the auditors of the Board, however, no federal or state laws or rules or regulations as to confidentially of clients of District shall be abrogated by this Agreement. District shall provide the Board with documents as may be required by the Board or its auditors to ensure that all expenditures made pursuant this Agreement are for a valid public purpose.

3.2 District shall implement the following additional safeguards for Charter School information:

DISTRICT DUTIES. In the event the County is alleged to be liable solely as a result of wrongful acts, omissions, or negligence, or all three (3), of the District or its employees, the District shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the County and its employees from and against all liability, claims, loss, costs, and expenses arising out of, or resulting from, the actions of the District. This duty shall extend only to the extent that there are no allegations of wrongful acts, omissions or negligence of the County or its employees.
