Use of Subcontracts. KALITTA may have any of the Services performed by subcontractors; provided, that the use of subcontractors shall not create any contractual or agency relationship between CUSTOMER and any such subcontractor.   • Use of Subcontractors Nothing in this Appendix 2 shall prevent the Interconnection Parties from utilizing the services of subcontractors as they deem appropriate to perform their respective obligations hereunder, provided, however, that each Interconnection Party shall require its subcontractors to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of this Appendix 2 in providing such services.

  • Subcontracts The contractor or subcontractor shall insert in any subcontracts the clauses set forth in paragraph (1.) through (4.) of this section and also a clause requiring the subcontractors to include these clauses in any lower tier subcontracts. The prime contractor shall be responsible for compliance by any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor with the clauses set forth in paragraphs (1.) through (4.) of this section.
