Common use of Use of Telecommunications Devices Clause in Contracts

Use of Telecommunications Devices. While visiting Incumbent's sites, Incumbent shall allow PathNet to use existing telephone lines or Order Wires in connection with PathNet's performance of its rights and obligations under this Agreement.
