The Cardholder shall consequently not be relieved of his obligations to further agrees and undertakes that the Bank under the relevant Card transactions. 4.7. The Cardholder shall ensure the correctness credit balance of the amounts borne on, and contained in, Card Account will not at any time exceed the envelopes referred to amount of (a) USD50,000 or its equivalent amount in clause 1.3 of Part III above. The contents of the envelopes shall be checked and certified by two officers of the Bank. The amounts so certified shall be credited to the Account whose number is borne on the envelopes and shall be final and conclusive and not liable to be called in question by the Cardholder or the Account Holder. 4.8. Transactions for POS and ATM withdrawals are subject to the respective daily limits HKD (as determined by the Bank absolutely); or (b) HKD390,000 (and if any credit balance is in a currency other than HKD, its equivalent amount in HKD (as determined by the Bank absolutely) for the purpose of calculation), whichever amount is less. The Bank shall be entitled (but not obliged) to cancel the Card and terminate the Card Account at any time without notice upon breach of this Clause 3.1. 3.2 The Card is not transferable and shall be used exclusively by the Cardholder for his/her bona fide purchase of goods and/or services and/or cash advances and/or other legitimate purposes and transactions. 3.3 When the Card is used and sales slips are required to be signed, the Cardholder shall sign sales slips with the signature as appearing on the Card. Failure to do so will not relieve the Cardholder from time liability for the use of the Card. The Cardholder should make prior application in writing to timethe Bank if he/she wants to change his/her specimen signature. 3.4 The Cardholder shall not transfer the Card to any other person or pledge the Card as security or allow any other person to use the Card for whatever purposes. 3.5 Currencies settled in respect of all Charges incurred in all Card Transactions effected by the use of the Card in HKD will be posted to the HKD Account. Currencies settled in respect of all Charges incurred in all Card Transactions effected by the use of the Card in currencies other than HKD or CNY shall be posted into the HKD Account after conversion into HKD at the prevailing exchange rate determined by reference to the rate of exchange adopted by CUP on the conversion date plus a handling fee (if applicable) charged by the Bank as set out in the Fees Schedule. 3.6 Subject always to Clause 3.7, Charges incurred in all Card Transactions effected by the use of the Card in CNY will be posted to the CNY Account. 3.7 Charges incurred in certain Card Transactions effected by use of the Card in CNY may be posted to the HKD Account due to the settlement arrangement if the Card Transactions are processed by the merchant establishments or financial institutions in HKD.

Transactions for POS terms and ATM withdrawals are subject to the respective daily limits conditions herein set out (as determined may be varied by the Bank from time to timetime by giving notice of twenty-one (21) calendar days). 3.3 The Cardmember shall comply with all requirements, instructions and guidelines regarding use of the Card issued by the Bank from time to time in respect of all services rendered to the Cardmember. 3.4 The Card is a debit card for which the Account Balance will be debited when Card Transaction is made through the use of the Card. The Cardmember is responsible to ensure that there is sufficient cash balance in the Account prior to using the Card. Where the Bank in its absolute discretion, allows any amount in the Account to be overdrawn for whatsoever reason, the Cardmember shall pay on demand by the Bank such amount overdrawn. 3.5 The Card can be used to purchase goods and services in Malaysia and overseas at all Visa and MyDebit participating merchants or outlets. Such purchases are subject to the balance available in the Cardmember’s Account and subject to the daily Purchase Limit as stated in the Product Disclosure Sheet of BSN Visa Debit Card or in the Bank’s website. The Card’s daily Purchase Limit can be changed anytime by the Cardmember via the Bank’s ATM or myBSN internet banking or over the counter or any other means determined by the Bank in the future. 3.6 The Cardmember agrees that the Bank may debit the Account for all Transactions effected in any of the following manner: (a) When the Card is used with or without PIN in conjunction with any reader or POS terminal. (b) When the Card with “MyDebit” Contactless or “Visa payWave” feature is presented to a Merchant, by tapping or waving the Card at a contactless reader/terminal (“Contactless Transaction Processing”). (c) When details of the Card are provided to a supplier of goods and services in a manner acceptable to the Bank, for example over the phone, online banking or mail order. (d) When the Cardmember has authorized Transactions under recurring payment or standing instructions. 3.7 The Cardmember may also use the Card to make purchases through a MyDebit/Visa payWave up to a maximum RM250 per transaction for Adult Account, RM200 for Teenager/Junior Account and no PIN is required. However, for transaction above RM 250, PIN is required for the processing of your transaction. 3.8 The Cardmember may use the Card in Malaysia at any of BSN’s ATMs or at any other ATMs that display MEPS logo for the withdrawal of cash from the Account. In addition, the Cardmember may use the Card for withdrawal of cash outside of Malaysia at any ATMs that display Visa or Visa Plus logo. 3.9 Cash withdrawals transaction through ATM can be performed subject to Withdrawal Limit as stated in the Product Disclosure Sheet or in the Bank’s website. 3.10 The Bank reserves the right to amend or vary the Purchase Limits or Withdrawal Limits at any time and a written notice of such amendment or variation will be communicated to Cardmember in any form or method as the Bank may prescribe. 3.11 The Cardmember shall observe all security measures prescribed by the Bank relating to his/her Card, Access Number or PIN or the Services provided and at no time and under no circumstances shall the Cardmember reveal his/her PIN to anyone including the Bank’s staff. If the PIN is exposed or suspected to be exposed to another person, the Cardmember shall immediately inform the Bank and change the PIN number at any BSN ATM machine or branches. 3.12 The Cardmember shall not allow or empower any third party to use his/her BSN Visa Debit Card and shall not transfer or relinquish control or ownership of the Card or use it for purposes which is not allowed transaction by the Bank. 3.13 The Cardmember is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in the account before effecting the transaction. 3.14 The Cardmember is responsible to check transaction history from time to time via myBSN Internet Banking to ensure transactions performed are correct and notify the Bank in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days from the transaction date if there are any errors or omissions. If not, the transaction will be considered accurate. 3.15 The Cardmember is responsible to notify the Bank immediately for any unauthorized transaction upon receiving short message service (SMS) transaction alert sent by the Bank. 3.16 The Bank reserves the right to suspend customer account in the event that the Bank identified the customer misused the account for auto-xxxxxxxx transaction i.e. multiple declined transactions due to insufficient funds.

Use of the Card. 4.15.1 Each Card may be used in respect of the Card Account at any branch of the Bank and other financial institutions, ATMs, and merchants which accept such Card for effecting Transactions. 5.2 A Card may also be used to access a Cardmember's bank account with the Bank, and such Cardmember agrees that such service shall be subject to any relevant terms and conditions of the Bank from time to time in effect in addition to the terms and conditions under this Agreement. The Cardholder Each Cardmember is advised to read through such terms and conditions of the Bank before proceeding to use such service. 5.3 Each Cardmember shall use the Card a Card, and operate the Account in Holder shall ensure that each Cardmember uses a satisfactory manner. If any renewal and/or replacement Card is being so operated rests issued, the Bank shall be entitled to charge the relevant fee. (a) The Bank may at any time in its sole discretion and without giving any reasons, terminate any right of any Cardmember to use his/her Card to access his/her bank account with the Bank on reasonable notice. (b) The Bank shall notify any Cardmember in writing of such termination referred to in Clause 5.6(a), and such Cardmember shall then return such Card, duly cut in two or otherwise defaced, to the Bank. Until such Card is returned to the Bank, and a replacement Card is issued in accordance with Clause 5.6 (c) below, the right to use his/her Card by such Cardmember shall be conclusive and binding on the Account Holder/s and on the Cardholdersuspended. 4.2(c) If a Cardmember has returned such Card in accordance with Clause 5.6 (b) above, the Bank shall issue to such Cardmember a replacement Card, which shall no longer enable such Cardmember to access his/her bank account with the Bank. 5.7 No Card is transferable and a Cardmember shall not permit his/her Card to be used by any other person in any circumstances whatsoever. 5.8 Each Cardmember undertakes to act in good faith at all times in relation to all dealings with the Bank. 5.9 A Cardmember shall not use a Card or the Card Account for any illegal purposes. The Bank will bear no responsibility is entitled, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to act on or give effect to any Card Transaction instruction if the Bank has reason to believe that such instruction is given in connection with any illegal transaction. The Bank reserves the right to reverse or cancel any Card Transaction which it suspects or has reason to believe is for the refusal purpose of or otherwise related to any merchant or establishment illegal transaction. The Cardmember agrees that the Bank does not owe him/her any duty and/or obligation whatsoever to accept monitor and block the use of the Card for any reason whatsoeverunlawful activities. 4.3. Cash withdrawals that are recorded by 5.10 If any Cardmember uses the ATMCard to purchase goods and/or services through online internet sites or portals, and payments effected by the Cardholder with his Card, Cardmember shall be debited to his Bank Account. 4.4solely responsible for the security of such use at all times. Before using his Card, The Cardmember agrees that the Cardholder shall ensure that there are sufficient funds on his Account to cover the payment entry of the Card transactions. Disputes arising from the supply of such goods and services shall be settled directly with the merchants without the Bank being constituted party thereto. The Cardholder shall consequently not be relieved of his obligations to the Bank under the relevant Card transactionsother reason. 4.7. However, at the sole discretion of the Bank, copies may be provided on payment of additional fees as determined by the Bank. 4.65.4 The Cardmember accepts that the Bank may selectively agree to provide him with the facility of effecting mail order or telephone order purchases or transactions through internet, and in such cases, the charge slips will not be signed by the Cardmember at the time of Card utilization. Accordingly, the Cardmember accepts that, even in the event of any dispute regarding the authenticity or validity of such a purchase or a charge, for any reason whatsoever, the Cardmember will settle the outstandings. Use of the Card. 4.15.1 The Card is valid worldwide; however, the Bank and the Service Establishments concerned reserve the right, at any time, to refuse the use of the Card at a service establishment for any reason whatsoever. The Card may be used only for bona fide personal or official purposes and its use is not permitted to be exploited commercially in the business of the Cardholder. Use of the Card. 4.13.1 The Cardholder and the Employer shall ensure that the Cardholder, and no one else, may use the Card to carry out Card Transactions for the period terminating on the Expiry Date, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 3.2 The Card remains the property of the Bank at all times. We may agree with MasterCard to settle with them in the currency of the Card Account at a time and rate set by them. The Bank also charges an administrative fee for such Card Transactions at a rate of up to 1.5% of the transaction amount plus any other fees levied by the card association. Use of the Card. 4.14.1 The Card must only be used by the Cardholder and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of its use. 4.2 The Card shall be used by the Cardholder within the approved Card Limits as advised to the Cardholder by the Issuer from time to time and during the validity period embossed on the Card to obtain the facilities and benefits made available by the Issuer from time to time at its absolute discretion in respect of the use of the Card. 4.3 If the Cardholder for any reason exceeds the Card Limit assigned to him/her by the Issuer then the Cardholder is obliged to settle immediately the said authorised excess, plus any applicable Charges that may apply from time to time subject to the Issuer’s discretion. 4.4 For security purposes and the protection of the Cardholder and the Issuer, the Issuer reserves the right to apply daily limits and/or transaction limits, particularly concerning use of the Card. 4.5 The authorisation of the Cardholder to conduct a Card Transaction is notified to the Issuer within the receipt by the Issuer of the order to conduct a Card Transaction which is sent directly to the Issuer by the Cardholder or through the beneficiary or through the processing company. The Cardholder shall understands that no proposed Card Transaction may be concluded unless the Transaction is authorised by the Issuer and the authorisation communicated to the ATM or merchant with whom the Transaction is to be effected. While the Issuer will use its best efforts to authorise Transactions that are within the Card and operate Limit at the Account in relevant time it does not warrant that it will be able to do so or effectively communicate such authorisation. 4.6 The time of receipt of a satisfactory manner. The decision as payment order is deemed the time at which the Issuer receives the order to whether conduct the Card Transaction which was sent to the Issuer. If the Cardholder and the Issuer agree that the execution of a payment order shall commence on a specific date or at the end of a specific period or when the Cardholder shall have placed monetary funds at the disposal of the Issuer, the agreed time is being so used or deemed as the Account time of receipt of the order for the purposes of section 63 of the 2009 Payment Services Law of Cyprus. It is being so operated rests with understood that if it is a non working day for the Bank and Issuer, the payment order shall be conclusive and binding considered as received on the Account Holder/s and on following working day. 4.7 The Cardholder has the right to revoke an order to conduct a Card Transaction but no later than the time at which the order is rendered irrevocable as indicated to the Cardholder by the Issuer. In the case that the order is given directly by the Cardholder, this is rendered irrevocable as soon as it is received by the Issuer. In the case that the order to conduct a Card Transaction is made by the beneficiary or through him/her, then this is rendered irrevocable for the Cardholder as soon as the Cardholder transmits to the beneficiary the order for the conduct of the Card Transaction or his/her authorisation to conduct a Card Transaction. 4.2. The Bank will bear no responsibility for 4.8 Where an ATM facility is incorporated in the refusal of any merchant or establishment to accept the Card for any reason whatsoever. 4.3. Cash withdrawals that are recorded by the ATM, and payments effected by the Cardholder with his Card, shall be debited to his Bank Account. 4.4. Before using his Card, the Cardholder shall ensure that there be responsible for all Transactions and the Cardholder hereby authorises the Issuer to debit the Card Account with the amount of any cash withdrawal in accordance with the record of the Transactions. Such a record of Transactions shall be conclusive and fully binding to the Cardholder. 4.9 The Cardholder may not use the Card for effecting Transactions which are sufficient funds on his Account or may be unLawful either in the jurisdiction where the Transaction takes place or the country in which the Cardholder is present at the relevant time. 4.10 In the case of Corporate Cards, the Cardholder and the Company shall be fully liable to cover the payment Issuer, jointly and severally, for all Card Transactions made with the PIN whether with or without the knowledge of the Cardholder. 4.11 Use of the Card transactions. Furthermore, after its expiration date or when disputes arise or after the Cardholder will has cancelled his/her Card or elected not operate to renew the Account Card in such a way to exceed the available balance of the Account. 4.5. The fraudulentaccordance with these Terms and Conditions, incorrect or constitutes illegal use of the Card by any person whomsoever shall not relieve the Cardholder of his liabilities to the Bank in respect thereofCard. 4.6. 4.12 The Bank Issuer shall not be responsible have the right at any time without prior notice and without giving any reason and without liability towards the Cardholder, whether the credit limit has been exhausted or not, to withdraw, suspend or restrict the Cardholder for any goods or services supplied right to use the Cardholder by merchants, Card or to refuse to authorise any person to whom Card Transaction. Disputes arising from Issuer may revoke the supply of such goods and services shall be settled directly with the merchants without the Bank being constituted party thereto. The Cardholder shall consequently not be relieved of his obligations to the Bank under the relevant Card transactions. 4.7. The Cardholder shall ensure the correctness use of the amounts borne on, and contained in, Card for reasons relating to: (a) the envelopes referred to in clause 1.3 of Part III above. (d) When the Cardmember has authorized Transactions under recurring payment or standing instructions. 3.7 The Cardmember may also use the Card to make purchases through a MyDebit/Visa payWave of which the maximum transaction amount per transaction is capped at RM250 for Adult and RM200 for Teenager and Junior. The Card’s daily Purchase Limit can be changed anytime by the Cardmember via the Bank’s ATM or MyBSN Internet Banking or over the counter or any other means determined by the Bank in the future subject to a maximum accumulated limit of RM10,000 per day. 3.9 The Cardmember may use the Card in Malaysia at any of BSN’s ATMs or at any other ATMs that display MEPS logo for the withdrawal of cash from the Account. In addition, the Cardmember may use the Card for withdrawal of cash outside of Malaysia at any ATMs that display Visa or Visa Plus logo. Refer to Clause 5.0. 3.10 Withdrawals through ATM are subject to a maximum Withdrawal Limit of RM5,000 in accumulated total per day. However, for Teenager, Withdrawal Limit is limited to a maximum of RM1,000 in accumulated total per day. 3.11 The Bank reserves the right to amend or vary the limits under Clause 3.7, 3.8 and 3.10 at any time and a written notice of such amendment or variation will be communicated to Cardmember in any form or method as the Bank may prescribe. 3.12 The Cardmember shall observe all security measures prescribed by the Bank relating to his/her Card, Access Number or PIN or the Services provided and at no time and under no circumstances shall the Cardmember reveal his/her PIN to anyone including the Bank’s staff. If the PIN is exposed or suspected to be exposed to another person, the Cardmember shall immediately inform the Bank and change the PIN number at any BSN ATM machine or branches. 3.13 The Cardmember shall not allow or empower any third party to use his/her BSN Visa Debit Card and shall not transfer or relinquish control or ownership of the Card or use it for purposes which is not allowed transaction by the Bank. 3.14 The Cardmember is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in the account before effecting the transaction. 3.15 The Cardmember is responsible to check transaction history from time to time via MyBSN Internet Banking to ensure transactions performed are correct and notify the Bank in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days from the transaction date if there are any errors or omissions. If not, the transaction will be considered accurate. 3.16 The Cardmember is responsible to notify the Bank immediately for any unauthorized transaction upon receiving short message service (SMS) transaction alert sent by the Bank. 3.17 The Bank reserves the right to suspend customer account in the event that the Bank identified the customer misused the account for auto-xxxxxxxx transaction i.e. multiple declined transactions due to insufficient funds.

At the request of the person servicing the Card, the Cardholder is obliged to present an identity document and agree to the recording of the document particulars. 4.10. The Cardholder accepts that all Operations performed by the Cardholder and/or by using the Means of Authentication of the Card or by entering the required particulars in the Internet environment and/or by touching the Near Field Communication device are valid for Wallester (including, are authorised within the meaning of the Law of Obligations Act) and shall be executed by Wallester. 4.11. Wallester has the right to refuse to execute the Operation performed by the Cardholder if: 4.11.1. the Card is invalid or closed or the use of the Card is blocked; 4.11.2. the Operation amount (including the Operation fees and expenses) exceeds the Free Limit; 4.11.3. on any other basis arising from the Payment Card Terms and Conditions or the legislation. 4.12. Wallester has learned about a circumstance on the basis of which it can be reasonably concluded that the Card is available and/or its Means of Authentication are known to a person who does not have the right to use the Card; 4.12.2. the use of the Card may be associated with fraud on the part of the Cardholder; 4.12.3. there is another basis for blocking specified in the Agreement. 4.13. If the basis for blocking the Card pursuant to Clause 4.12 does not cease to exist or there exists any other basis for closing the Credit Limit as specified in the Agreement, Wallester has the right to close the Card. 4.14. The Cardholder has the right to request that the Card be blocked and/or closed at any time. 4.15. A blocked, closed, or invalid Card may not be used. 4.16. Unless otherwise provided by the Imperative Norms, Wallester shall not be responsible liable for any damage caused to the Cardholder or any other third party by Wallester’s blocking the use of the Card or closing the Card in accordance with the Payment Card Terms and Conditions. This shall also be the case if Wallester blocks the use of the Card in good faith based on incorrect information. 4.17. Wallester has the right to bring in third parties for any goods executing Card Operations. Use of the Card. 4.1The Card is personal. The Cardholder shall may not allow any other person to use the Card, for example, by disclosing the PIN or allowing them to use the Card details to purchase goods via the internet. We will be entitled to assume that a transaction has been authorized by the Cardholder where either: (i) the Card PIN is entered into a point of sales terminal; (ii) the Card is tapped against a Contactless enabled point of sales terminal; (iii) relevant information was supplied to the retailer or the PISP that allows them to process the transaction, for example, providing the retailer with the 3-digit security code on the back of the Card in the case of an internet or other nonface-to-face transaction; or (iv) the Card or the Card information has been used in car rental companies or hotels, that have the right to, according to common practice, charge the Card retroactively with unpaid reasonable charges, expenses, uncancelled bookings and operate other Cardholder costs without the Account Cardholder’s signature. Normally, We will receive notification of the authorization by way of an electronic message in line with the rules and procedures of the payment scheme (Visa network). Use of the Card. 4.1. 5.1 The Cardholder shall use the Card and operate the Account in a satisfactory manner.
