Common use of USE OF THE COMMERCIAL CARD Clause in Contracts

USE OF THE COMMERCIAL CARD. Elavon provides charging privileges on the Commercial Card pursuant to a contract with Your Employer. Your Employer has authorised the issuance of the Commercial Card to You, which is to be used only by You and only for Legitimate Business Charges, as defined to You by Your Employer. Charging privileges will be withdrawn upon: 1. Abuse of Charge privileges by You (including, but not limited to, the failure of Your obligation to use the Commercial Card for Legitimate Business Charges, making illegal Purchases (as described in Clause K), and failure of any other obligation under these T&C’s); 2. Termination of Your employment or affiliation with Your Employer; 3. Termination or suspension of the contract between Elavon and Your Employer; or 4. Notification to us by Your Employer of a withdrawal of Commercial Card privileges.
