Common use of Use of the Documentation Clause in Contracts

Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider grants to Customer a limited, worldwide, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license during the term of this Agreement to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with Customer’s permitted access and use of the Platform under this Agreement.
