Common use of Use of the Documentation Clause in Contracts

Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider grants to Customer a limited, worldwide, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license during the term of this Agreement to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with Customer’s permitted access and use of the Platform under this Agreement.

Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider Supplier hereby grants to Customer a limited, worldwidenon-exclusive, non- exclusiverevocable, non-transferabletransferable (except as permitted in Section 14.2 (Assignability)), non-sublicensable license during the term of this Agreement applicable Subscription Term to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with Customer’s permitted access and Users’ use of the Platform under applicable Application in accordance with this Agreement.
