Common use of Use of the Framework Clause in Contracts

Use of the Framework. 7.1 Where a public body within the scope of the OJEU Notice not being a Beneficiary Council wishes to order services pursuant to the Framework then prior to taking any actions under the Framework (including entering into preliminary discussions of any kind with any of the providers engaged on the Framework) it shall be required to enter a Deed of Variation to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
