Use of the Gateway. (a) eRx allows Relevant Businesses to access and use the Gateway on a non-exclusive basis for the sole purpose of Transmitting Prescription Data between Relevant Businesses. (b) Subject to the IT Vendor being accepted under clause 6, eRx authorises the IT Vendor for the Term to provide Relevant Businesses with the capacity to: (1) access and use the Gateway by the use of the IT Vendor’s Gateway Interface; and (2) undertake Prescription Communications between themselves and other Relevant Businesses, on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
