Use of the Personal Property. Lessee will not use, operate or maintain the Personal Property improperly, carelessly, in violation of any applicable law or in a manner contrary to that contemplated by this Agreement. Lessee will obtain all permits and licenses, if any, necessary for the operation of the Personal Property. In addition, Xxxxxx agrees to comply in all respects (including, without limitation, with respect to the use, maintenance and operation of each item of the Personal Property) with all applicable laws, regulations and rulings of any legislative, executive, administrative or judicial body; provided, however, that Lessee may contest in good faith the validity or application of any such law, regulation or ruling in any reasonable manner that does not, in the opinion of Lessor, adversely affect the interest of Lessor in and to the Personal Property or its interest or rights under this Agreement.
