USE OF THE PROJECT SITE AND PEACEFUL POSSESSION. 6.2.1 The Concessionaire, subject to complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall have the right of use of the Project Site during the Concession Period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and such right shall be limited for the purposes mentioned in Agreement. The Concessionaire shall not use the Project Site or the Ecotourism & Adventure Park for any other purpose not intended herein. 6.2.2 The Concessionaire shall confine its operations to the Project Site. The Concessionaire shall take all necessary precautions to keep labor, persons and equipment within such areas and to keep and prohibit them from encroaching, damaging or degrading or affecting adversely the neighbouring/ Authority areas or otherwise cause any interference to the employees, representatives and agents of the Authority. Concessionaire shall take utmost care in ensuring that nothing is done at any time or caused or permitted to be done, which creates annoyance or disturbance to occupiers of any building etc (residential or otherwise) in the neighborhood or obstructs the passage in adjoining areas of the Project Site in any manner. 6.2.3 The Concessionaire is required to introduce and observe at all times, appropriate measures for safety, security and orderliness on the Project Site premises granted to the Concessionaire.
