Use of the Term. “additional amounts”. Whenever the Indenture refers to the term “additional amounts” in Sections 4.01, 5.01, 5.02, 9.02, 10.10 and 12.04 of the Indenture, such term shall be deemed to be “Additional Amounts” as defined in Section 5.1 above.
