USE OF THE WORK. 3.12.1 The Contractor shall confine Construction Equipment, Temporary Work, storage of Products, Owner Supplied Material, waste products and debris, and operations of Contractor Parties to limits indicated by Laws or the Agreement and shall not unreasonably encumber the Site. All Products and Owner Supplied Equipment shall be stored under suitable conditions to prevent damage, deterioration, and contamination. 3.12.2 The Contractor shall not load or permit to be loaded any part of the Work or any part of the Site with a weight or force that shall or could be considered to endanger the safety or integrity of the Work or any part of the Site, individuals and the area adjacent to the Site.
