No Other Entitlement. (a) Project Co shall not be entitled to any payments, compensation, rights, remedies, benefits or entitlements under or in connection with this Project Agreement, except as specifically and expressly set out in this Project Agreement.
No Other Entitlement. Contractor shall not be entitled to any payments or compensation under or in connection with this Construction Contract, except for payments made under Section 4.1.
No Other Entitlement. Except as provided above in this section 7, where the Executive's employment has been terminated by the Executive or terminated or deemed to have been terminated by the Corporation for any reason, the Executive will not be entitled, except to the extent required under any mandatory employment standard under applicable employment legislation, to receive any bonus, any payment as termination pay, severance pay, pay in lieu of notice, or as damages. Except as to any entitlement as provided above, the Executive hereby waives any claims the Executive may have against the Corporation for or in respect of termination pay, severance pay, or on account of loss of office or employment or notice in lieu thereof or damages in lieu thereof (other than rights to accrued and unpaid Basic Salary and to reimbursement for expenses pursuant to section 5). Payments to the Executive upon termination in accordance with this Agreement by the Corporation will be deemed to include and to satisfy entitlement to termination pay, vacation pay and severance pay pursuant to applicable employment legislation to the extent of those payments. Receipt by the Executive of payments in accordance with this Agreement will be deemed to constitute a full and final release and discharge by the Executive of the Corporation, the entities in the EXFO Group and all of their directors, officers and agents (for each of whom and for this purpose the Corporation contracts as a trustee) from all claims in respect of the Executive's hiring by, employment with and termination of employment with the Corporation.
No Other Entitlement. Mx. Xxxxxxxx acknowledges that he is not entitled to any other compensation, benefit or other payments except as consideration for this Agreement.
No Other Entitlement. You acknowledge that, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, you are not entitled to, and will not receive, any additional compensation, benefits, or separation pay or other payment of any kind. You acknowledge that you have been fully paid or provided all wages, compensation, bonuses, stock, stock options, vacation, or other benefits from the Company or the Released Parties which are or could be due to you under the terms of your employment or otherwise. Thus, for any employee benefits sponsored by the Company not specifically referenced in this Agreement, you will be treated as a terminated employee effective on your Separation Date. This includes, but is not limited to, any 401(k) plan, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance and short and long-term disability insurance. Without limiting the foregoing and except as otherwise described in Sections 2 and 3, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to receive (a) any further bonus payments under the STIP, or otherwise; (b) any further equity incentive grants or awards under any of the Company’s incentive plans or programs, including, without limitation, the LTIP; (c) any further payment under the Amended and Restated Executive Change in Control and Severance Plan (“Severance Plan”), and that, by execution of this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have been paid or the Company is otherwise obligated to pay pursuant to this Agreement the full amounts to which you are entitled under the Severance Plan and release any remaining claims under the Severance Plan; or (d) any additional severance or other compensation. You further acknowledge that you have received or been paid for all leaves of absence (paid and unpaid) to which you were entitled during your employment.
No Other Entitlement. (a) DB Co shall not be entitled to any payments, compensation, rights, remedies, benefits or entitlements under or in connection with this Project Agreement, except as specifically and expressly set out in this Project Agreement.

No Other Entitlement. 6.1. The parties agree that Company has paid Employee all compensation earned through the date of termination, any accrued vacation benefits (PTO), as well as any unreimbursed business expenses and other sums due to Employee. By executing this Agreement, Employee hereby acknowledges receipt of all such payments as received.
6.2. Employee confirms that no other monies are due to him from Company relating to his service as an employee. Employee acknowledges that he has no entitlement to receive the consideration set forth in Section 3 above, other than in consideration of his general release of all claims against Company.
No Other Entitlement. Employee acknowledges that, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Employee is not entitled to, and will not receive, any additional compensation, benefits, or separation pay or other payment of any kind. Employee acknowledges that, subject to the continued payment of his salary and the other benefits to which he is entitled during his continued employment by the Company and the acceleration of vesting of the shares of restricted stock as provided in Section 2(c) above, he has been fully paid or provided all wages, compensation, bonuses or other benefits from the Company or the Released Parties which are or could be due to Employee under the terms of his employment or otherwise. Thus, for any employee benefits sponsored by the Company not specifically referenced in this Agreement, Employee will be treated as a terminated employee on the effective date of termination. This includes, but is not limited to, any 401(k) plan, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance and short and long-term disability insurance. Without limiting the foregoing and except as otherwise described this Agreement, Employee expressly acknowledges and agrees that he is not entitled to receive (i) any further bonus payments under the Company’s cash incentive compensation plan, or otherwise; (ii) equity incentive grants or awards under any of the incentive plans or programs of the Company or its Affiliates; or (iii) any additional severance or other compensation.
No Other Entitlement. Except as provided in this section 9 and section 10, where the Executive's employment has been terminated by the Executive or terminated or deemed to have been terminated by the Corporation for any reason, the Executive will not be entitled, except to the extent required under any mandatory employment standard under the ESA, to receive any payment as termination pay, severance pay, in lieu of notice, or as damages. Except as to any entitlement as provided herein and in section 10 hereof, the Executive hereby waives any claims the Executive may have against the Corporation for or in respect of termination pay, severance pay, or on account of loss of office or employment or notice in lieu thereof or damages in lieu thereof (other than rights to accrued and unpaid Salary and vacation pay, to reimbursement for expenses pursuant to section 6, to the assignment to the Executive of any and all insurance policies or health and dental insurance plans, if assignable, and to the granting of any share options to which the Executive is entitled in accordance with the terms of this Agreement). Payments to the Executive upon termination by the Corporation will be deemed to include and to satisfy entitlement to termination pay and severance pay pursuant to the ESA to the extent of such payments.
