Common use of Use of Trademarks Clause in Contracts

Use of Trademarks. (a) Use of trade name, trademark, service xxxx or logotype (“Marks”) associated with any of the Card Associations and their brands shall be limited to informing the public that Card(s) will be accepted at Merchant’s place(s) of business. Merchant’s use of promotional materials and Marks is subject to the direction of Bank and must fully comply with the Rules. (b) Merchant may use promotional materials and Marks during the term of this Agreement and shall immediately cease their use and return any inventory to Bank upon termination thereof. (c) Merchant shall not use any promotional materials or Marks associated with the Card Associations and Debit Networks in any way that implies that the Card Associations or Debit Networks endorse any goods or services other than their own.

(c) Merchant shall not use any promotional materials or Marks associated with the Card Associations and Debit Networks in any way that implies that the Card Associations or Debit Networks endorse any goods or services other than their own.

(b) Merchant may use promotional materials and Marks during the term of this Agreement and shall immediately cease their use and return any inventory to Bank upon termination thereof. (c) Merchant shall not use any promotional materials or Marks associated with the Card Associations Networks and Debit Networks in any way that implies that the Card Associations Networks or Debit Networks endorse any goods or services other than their own. Merchant may not use any of the Bank’s Marks or initiate publicity relating to this Agreement without the prior written approval of Bank, except that Merchant may make disclosures required by requirements of law or Rules.
