Common use of Use of University Premises Clause in Contracts

Use of University Premises. 1. Permission to use University premises for social, recreational, or Union meetings may be granted if properly requested through the office of the Director of the Department in which the employee works and if the desired facilities are available and the meetings or functions are conducted so as not to violate the rules and regulations pertaining to use of the facilities as established by the University. 2. The parties acknowledge that athletic facilities are available on the main and north campus for use by all employees of the University at a reduced rate. The parties recognize that the annual fee for an affiliate membership is set solely by the Department of Athletics and Recreational Services and is subject to change.
