Use of University Premises. ‌ 8:01 The University agrees to allow the Union to hold meetings and conduct Union business in the University outside the working hours of the employees attending. It is also agreed that the University will assign, when required and if possible, a suitable room to the Union for this purpose. 8:02 The University agrees to allow the Union use of space on existing bulletin boards for the purpose of posting official Union information relating to union affairs, meetings, and social events, subject to University policy. 8:03 The University agrees to make reasonable effort to provide the Union with an office. The office will be furnished with chairs, a meeting table and filing cabinet. The University will also provide and cover the costs of a phone line (toll denied) and set and a computer network connection.
