Use of Website. Merchant warrants and represents that Merchant and Merchant’s agents, subcontractors and employees do not and shall not use any website in any way which might jeopardize the integrity, confidentiality, or security of the Merchants or their agents' associated equipment, any computer system, servers or network used by Merchant to communicate with BlueSnap or with Cardholders or other computer systems including through disabling devices and unsolicited e-mails.
