Common use of Use of XXXX Mailing List Clause in Contracts

Use of XXXX Mailing List. Chapter agrees that each XXXX Mailing List may be used once to promote Chapter programs and activities and that no XXXX Mailing List may be resold or used to promote a third party. Chapter agrees to provide a copy of the material to be mailed to XXXX members with its request and XXXX reserves the right to refuse a list request if XXXX determines in its sole discretion that the activities promoted in such material would result in a conflict with XXXX activities.
