Common use of USE OF XXXXX Clause in Contracts

CENTER Lessee shall have the right to use said facility (for any lawful purpose), in accordance with the rules and regulations for the use of said facility, which is furnished to the LESSEE by LESSOR at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and which are made a part of this Agreement, as if copied in full herein.
