All information or material, whether text or graphic, shall at all times remain the exclusive property of VOXX, and all use of said information or material by Retailer will be subject to the terms of this Agreement and the end user license agreement posted on VOXX’s University website. Retailer is responsible for protecting the identity of its password and improper disclosure or dissemination thereof may subject Retailer to any resulting liability and forfeiture of access to the website. The availability of xxx.XXXXXxxxxxxxxx.xxx to Retailer is subject to the terms and conditions of Schedule B.
