Unauthorized material definition

Unauthorized material means any feedstock or waste material that due to its feedstock category, characteristics, or volume, causes an exempt, conditionally exempt site or permitted facility to be in violation of this regulation or the permit conditions approved by the Department.
Unauthorized material means materials such as, but not limited to, any written, printed material or electronic gadget such as cellular or mobile phones, radios, radio cassette or other types of cassette players, computers, word or data processing digital instruments, soft and alcoholic drinks and any other material as may be specified from time to time by the DPAA, the Dean of a Faculty, Director of an Academic Institute or a Head of an Academic Department.
Unauthorized material means any written or printed material or object that is generally or specifically prohibited from being brought into the examination room, which includes but not limited to notes, books, handkerchiefs in which information is written or information written on any part of the body, cellular/mobile phones, radios, radio cassettes or other types of cassette/DVD/VCD players, computers, recording apparatus, annotated documents which one knows, believes, suspects or reasonably ought to have known, believed or suspected that the same could be used to assist him/her in cheating in the examination�
