USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT. 9.1 It is also a condition of your account that each statement month you must: a) credit your account; and b) use your account to carry out transactions. 9.2 Where you continually do not meet the requirements in Condition 9.1 in Section B1 we may either: a) close your account; or b) convert your account to an alternative account from our product range which is more appropriate for you. We will notify you in writing if we propose to do this.
