Use; Rate. Tenant shall not do anything in or about the Premises which will in any way tend to increase insurance rates paid by Landlord on policies of liability or casualty insurance maintained with respect to the Building and/or Property. In no event shall Tenant carry on any activities which would invalidate any insurance coverage maintained by Landlord.
