Common use of Use Specific Covenants Clause in Contracts

Use Specific Covenants. Borrower shall: (1) operate the Property or cause the Property to be operated in material compliance with the Legal Requirements and other requirements referred to herein; (2) operate the Borrower's Property or cause the Property to be operated in a manner such that the Licenses shall remain in full force and effect and such that any new or additional License that may, at any time or from time to time, be required pursuant to any Legal Requirements are timely obtained and maintained in full force and effect; (3) Intentionally deleted; and (4) cooperate with all governmental agencies, such cooperation shall include, but not be limited to, timely and completely responding to all requests for records, as well as developing and implementing an appropriate and acceptable plan to correct any deficiency in the operation of the Property.
