Usenet News Service. IXC offers NNTP news feeds and/or NNRP news server access to its Dedicated Access Internet Service customers. PSI is responsible for working with the IXC customer to determine whether the size of the customer's Internet access line is sufficient to meet the customer's network news requirements. PSI is to provide the IXC customer with Usenet News access via an NNTP news feed from PSI's news servers to the customer's news server, or alternately by allowing the IXC customer to directly access PSI's news server with client software using the NNRP protocol.
