User Agent for UK Link Communications. 6.2.1 A person who is a User or another UK Link User may be appointed as User Agent (a "UK Link User Agent") for the purposes of making and receiving Code Communications as UK Link Communications. 6.2.2 A UK Link User Agent may be appointed for the purposes of making and receiving on behalf of the appointing User Code Communications within all or any of the categories specified (for the purposes of this paragraph 6.2) in the UK Link Manual. 6.2.3 The scope of a UK Link User Agent's authority may not be limited other than by reference to the categories referred to in paragraph 6.2.2; and a UK Link User Agent will at all times be authorised to make and receive any Code Communication on behalf of the appointing User within the category(ies) for which he is appointed. 6.2.4 The appointing User may change the categories of Code Communication for which a UK Link User Agent is appointed by giving notice to the Transporters and the CDSP to that effect specifying the changed categories in accordance with paragraph 6.2.2 and the date in accordance with paragraph 6.3.4 with effect from which such change is to take effect. 6.2.5 A User shall terminate (in accordance with paragraph 6.3.3) the appointment of a UK Link User Agent if the agent ceases to be a UK Link User.
