User Credentials. Customer shall keep the User credentials (e.g. usernames and passwords) confidential and not disclose any such credentials to any third party. In addition, Customer shall notify KnowBe4 immediately upon discovery of the disclosure of any such credentials, and upon any termination of the engagement of any employees or agents of Customer with knowledge of any such credentials, so that such credentials can be changed.

User Credentials. If applicable, Motorola will provide Customer with administrative user credentials for the Subscription Software, and Customer will ensure such administrative user credentials are accessed and used only by Customer’s employees with training on their proper use. Customer will protect, and will cause its Authorized Users to protect, the confidentiality and security of all user credentials, including any administrative user credentials, and maintain user credential validity, including by updating passwords. Customer will be liable for any use of the Subscription Software through such user credential (including through any administrative user credentials), including any changes made to the Subscription Software or issues or user impact arising therefrom. To the extent Motorola provides Services to Customer in order to help resolve issues resulting from changes made to the Subscription Software through user credentials, including through any administrative user credentials, or issues otherwise created by Authorized Users, such Services will be billed to Customer on a time and materials basis, and Customer will pay all invoices in accordance with the payment terms of the MCA.
User Credentials. Access to the Mist Dashboard is limited to individual employees, consultants or contractors of Customer who are provided a registered account by Customer, having an individual user identification name and password. Account names and passwords may not be shared. Customer is responsible for all access to the Mist Dashboard by its employees, consultants and contractors. Customer shall immediately notify Mist in the event that Customer becomes aware of any violation of the terms of this Agreement. In the event Customer becomes aware that the security of any user’s login information has been breached, Customer shall immediately notify Mist of such breach and Customer shall immediately de-activate such account or change the account’s login information.

In addition, Customer will notify KnowBe4 immediately upon discovery of an unauthorized disclosure of any such credentials or upon any unauthorized access. Upon any termination of the engagement or deactivation of any User with knowledge of any such credentials, Customer will immediately change such credentials and remove access for that User. Customer may only assign Seats to Users with unique email addresses with business domain names that Customer either owns or is authorized to use by the domain name owner in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Documentation.
User Credentials. Each Authorized User must have their own single unique user ID and login password (“User Credentials”). User Credentials consisting of an alias or having a prefix of an administrative and/or departmental name are not permitted. User Credential information must not be shared. Minitab shall not be liable under this Agreement for actions taken using any of Your User Credentials, including any unauthorized use or access caused by misuse or misappropriation of such User Credentials. You must immediately take all necessary steps, including providing notice to Us, to affect the termination of access for any Authorized User (a) upon the Authorized User’s termination of access rights (whether through termination of employment, cessation of customer relationship, or otherwise), (b) if there is any compromise in the security of passwords, or (c) if unauthorized use is suspected or has occurred. You are responsible for breaches of this Agreement by Your Authorized Users and for any unauthorized use.
User Credentials. Use of the Services is limited to Named Users. Customer agrees to ensure that all of its users access and use the Services solely through designated Named User credentials. Customer will ensure individuals are each given a unique Named User identifier. Sharing of credentials or otherwise attempting to use the Services on any type of concurrent, generic, system or shared user model is prohibited.
User Credentials. Each individual with an ownership capacity in an Earlham Savings Bank account may enroll separately to access EBANK’s online banking service. This includes each individual named on a joint account. Online banking credentials should never be shared. If you tell us within two (2) business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your online banking credentials, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your online banking credentials without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within two (2) business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your online banking credentials, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from accessing your online banking account without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within sixty (60) days after the statement was mailed or made available to you, you may not get back any money lost after sixty (60) days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods. User Credentials. 3.1. Datlinq reserves the right to change or withdraw the User Credentials it supplies. If this could have consequences for the Services, Datlinq will endeavour to notify the Customer as quickly as possible and where possible will operate a transitional period.
