User Group Meetings. DAS administers monthly meetings that consists of key end users of the Contract. The Contractor’s Account Representative must attend meetings when requested by XXX. Some topics may include but not limited to: a. Discuss topics including but not limited to: product shortages, new products, standards and current industry trends; b. Assist with contract administration, provide reporting for savings opportunities, dispute resolution, coordinate presentations by food brokers and manufacturers, coordinate business reviews and establish actions plans to correct and monitor results; c. Recommend product offerings to bring the latest ideas and culinary trends to the Group; d. Suggest product offerings and special programs designed to meet the needs of the Group; and e. Suggest process and productivity improvements and value engineering programs.

User Group Meetings. The Company utilizes user group to evolve the product lines and as a tool to monitor and ensure customer satisfaction. User Group forums occur twice each year, one in the spring and one in the fall. User Group typically lasts from one to three days. Change requests are submitted prior to the commencement of User Group so they may be reviewed and assembled into a book for discussion during the actual User Group meeting. During the meeting, all requests are discussed and voted on by the user community. All concerned parties are represented during discussion, no formal specification is written. The User Group book, along with all notes from the meeting, define the requirements.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting.   • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement. 10.1(b) This Article is intended to provide a free avenue of communication between the Union and the Company, and suggestions, complaints, or other matters may be presented by either party, provided that neither party shall be required to discuss any item brought up by the other party nor be bound to act upon any item presented.   • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

  • Member Meetings (a) There shall be no meetings of the Members unless called by the Board or as otherwise specifically required by the Delaware Act. No Members or group of Members, acting in its or their capacity as Members, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members. (b) All acts of Members to be taken hereunder shall be taken in the manner provided in this Agreement. (c) A majority of the Shares present at such meeting, either in person or by proxy, and entitled to vote thereat, shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of such meeting, unless any such matter to be acted upon requires the approval of two-thirds of the Voting shares, in which case two-thirds of the Shares present at such meeting, either in person or by proxy, and entitled to vote thereat, shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of such meeting. The Delaware Court of Chancery may issue such orders as may be appropriate, including orders designating the time and place of such meeting, the record date for determination of Members entitled to vote, and the form of notice of such meeting. (d) No Members or group of Members, acting in its or their capacity as Members, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members.
