USER IDS, PASSWORDS. Each of the parties shall use good faith efforts at the termination or expiration of this Agreement, any specific Service hereunder or any Transition Service Schedule attached hereto to ensure that all applicable user IDs and passwords issued to such party by the other party are canceled or returned, as applicable.
