Common use of User may select Services Clause in Contracts

User may select Services. (a) The User* may from time to time give notice to Western Power* seeking to change the Service* in respect of a Connection Point* in accordance with the Applications and Queuing Policy*. (b) If Western Power* receives a notice from the User* under clause 3.2(a), then Western Power* must process that request in accordance with the Applications and Queuing Policy*.
