Common use of User Obligation Clause in Contracts

User Obligation. The customer agrees that it will not use the Software, or permits its agents to use the Software other than as permitted by this agreement and that it will not use the Software in a manner inconsistent with its design or documentation. The end-user will not attempt to do any of the foregoing, encourage others to do so, or otherwise attempt to bypass or circumvent any usage restrictions in this agreement. You shall not commit any act or omission that could result in damage to XxxXxx’s reputation.
