Common use of Users Clause in Contracts

Users. (1) The Customer is solely responsible for any access to or use of the Hosted Service by its Users and must ensure that its Users are made aware of and comply with this Agreement. (2) The Customer acknowledges that any access to or use of the Hosted Service by means of a username assigned to a User (whether or not such use is in fact by that person) is deemed to be access or use by that User, except to the extent that such unauthorized use is by GreenOrbit’s personnel. (3) The Customer may request additional User licenses from time to time, which will require payment of additional fees.
