Uses of Confidential Information. Without the prior written consent of the Discloser, which consent the Discloser may withhold in its sole discretion, the Recipient shall not directly or indirectly use or allow its Personnel to use the Discloser’s Confidential Information except as reasonably necessary in connection with the Agreement including, without limitation, in connection with a party’s performance of its obligations under the Agreement and/or a party’s exercise of rights granted under the Agreement.
