Term of Licenses. The licenses granted in Section 1(b) shall commence upon the delivery of the ES&S Software described in Section 1(b) and shall continue for a one (1) year period (the “Initial License Term). Upon expiration of the Initial License Term, the licenses shall automatically renew for an unlimited number of successive one-year periods (each a “License Renewal Term”) upon the payment by Customer of the annual software license and software maintenance and support fee as set forth on the front side of this Agreement. ES&S may terminate either license if Customer fails to pay the consideration due for, or breaches Sections 1(b), 2, 3, or 8 with respect to, such license. Upon the termination of either of the licenses granted in Section 1(b) for ES&S Software or upon Customer’s discontinuance of the use of any ES&S Software, Customer shall immediately return such ES&S Software and the related Documentation (including any and all copies thereof) to ES&S, or (if requested by ES&S) destroy such ES&S Software and Documentation and certify in writing to ES&S that such destruction has occurred.
Term of Licenses. The licenses granted in Section 2.1 shall be in effect for the Term of the Agreement (as defined in Section 3.1 below) provided Customer timely pays the annual software license and maintenance and support fees as determined by ES&S. ES&S may terminate the license if Customer fails to pay the consideration due for, or breaches Sections 2.1, 2.4, or 3.6 with respect to, such license. Upon the termination of either of the licenses granted in Section 2.1 for ES&S Software or upon Customer’s discontinuance of the use of any ES&S Software, Customer shall immediately return such ES&S Software and the related Documentation (including any and all copies thereof) to ES&S, or (if requested by ES&S) destroy such ES&S Software and Documentation and certify in writing to ES&S that such destruction has occurred.
Term of Licenses. Each License shall be granted for a specified period, and the term of each License shall be as set forth in Schedule 4, provided that every individual License shall terminate upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. Under no circumstances shall the term of any individual License exceed ten (10) years.

Upon the termination any of the licenses granted in Section 2(b) for ES&S Software or upon Customer’s discontinuance of the use of any ES&S Software, Customer shall immediately return such ES&S Software and the related Documentation (including any and all copies thereof) to ES&S, or (if requested by ES&S) destroy such ES&S Software and Documentation and certify in writing to ES&S that such destruction has occurred.
Term of Licenses. The term of the LICENSES granted pursuant to this ---------------- LICENSE AGREEMENT shall begin on the EFFECTIVE DATE and shall continue in perpetuity so long as LICENSED COMMERCIAL SEED is sold, licensed or used in THE TERRITORY as provided herein, unless the LICENSES are terminated earlier pursuant to a provision of this Section 10 or otherwise under the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT.
Term of Licenses. The term of the license to Licensed Patent Rights in Section 2.1 will end on expiry of the last of the Licensed Patent Rights on a country-by-country basis.

Term of Licenses. The licenses granted herein commence when Monkey delivers the Monkey Software to Customer and shall continue for an initial term of either one (1) year (“Initial Term”), unless earlier terminated as permitted under this XXXX, and shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods (each a “Renewal Term”), unless earlier terminated as permitted under this XXXX or unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the applicable license or subscription Initial Term or Renewal Term, subject to Section 2.3 if the party giving notice is Customer. The Initial Term and any Renewal Terms shall be collectively referred to herein as the “XXXX Term.”
Term of Licenses. The term of each License is specified in the applicable Quote. Except as otherwise specified in a Quote, Licenses will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring License Term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either Party gives the other written notice at least 30 days before the end of the relevant License Term. Except as otherwise specified in a Quote, renewals of promotional or one-time priced Licenses will be at Licensor’s applicable list price in effect at the time of the applicable renewal. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any renewal in which the License scope decreases (e.g., in terms of resource limitations, volume or length), will result in re-pricing at renewal without regard to the prior term’s per-unit price.
Term of Licenses. Product Selling Party and its Sales Agents may sell Subscription Licenses to the Combined Offering, with a maximum license term of three (3) years unless otherwise agreed to the Parties. 2.6
