Using the Site. 1.1. You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site. We make no promise that the Site is appropriate or available for use in any location. If you choose to access the Site from any location, you acknowledge you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they apply.
1.2. As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree to comply with our acceptable use policy and agree not to:
1.2.1. misuse or attack our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful (such as by way of a denial- of-service attack), or
1.2.2. attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site.
1.3. We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with these Terms or any applicable law.
Using the Site. In accessing or using the Site, you must ensure that you do not:
(a) breach any laws, or encourage or assist the commission of any illegal act;
(b) infringe any person’s rights, including intellectual property and proprietary rights, rights of confidentiality or contractual rights;
(c) impersonate any other person;
(d) negatively impact any other user’s ability to access and use the Site;
(e) vexatiously or frivolously use the Site;
(f) make a booking via the Site, and fail to take all reasonable steps to either honour that booking or provide reasonable notice of any cancellation; or
(g) engage in conduct that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful or embarrassing to any other person, or which is reasonably likely to damage our reputation or our services.
Using the Site. Subject to compliance with the Agreement, including but not limited to applicable age and residency restrictions, you have a limited, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose which shall be for your personal use and not, for example, for reselling or outsourcing the Site's functionality or otherwise using it as a service bureau or data center. You may print copies of Site materials as reasonably necessary for permitted use of the Site, but such copies shall not be distributed to others. Uses of the Site not expressly authorized herein are prohibited. You agree to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the receipt, possession, use, and sale of any product obtained through the Site. Subject to applicable law, Hill and Xxxxxx, Inc. reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (a) limit the available quantity of, or discontinue any offering of, any product or promotion;
Using the Site. 10.1. The hirer will liaise with the site manager/ Headteacher to ensure the school remains secure before, during and after use.
10.2. Xxxxxx will be given an emergency contact number for the site manager in case of any security breach.
10.3. The school premises are closed after 10:00pm to avoid any noise complaints from neighbouring residents.
10.4. The site manager or delegated staff member will remain on site to hand over control of the premises to the first hirer of the evening.
10.5. Keys/security codes will not be passed to any hirer or other person.
Using the Site. 5.1. You may be required to register and you must give us details required to purchase Products. Our Site will guide you through the steps you need to take to do so.
5.2. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Products.
5.3. When you complete the information required on the Site to purchase Products this constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by our Terms and use your personal information for all purposes related to the use of our Site and purchase of the Products.
5.4. To purchase Products:
5.4.1. you will be required to provide certain personal information. You may also be required to provide a unique username and password. You may need to use your unique username and password every time you wish to access a Site to purchase Products.
5.4.2. you may be required to provide payment information (Payment Information) which is used to facilitate payment with third party payment processors.
5.5. We are not responsible to verify any information provided by you to us in purchasing Products and you understand and agree that we are entitled to rely on the correctness of the information given by you to us and hereby indemnify us accordingly. Even though we are not obliged to, you hereby agree and consent, as and if we deem it necessary, to us taking such steps to verify whether, in making a purchase, you have provided us with complete and accurate information about yourself and your Payment Information.
5.6. We may store the information that you give us and prepopulate your future interactions and applications to purchase Products from us based on the details provided but we do not warrant the correctness thereof and you must check your personal details each time you purchase Products and, where necessary, correct them.
5.7. You will be liable for payment for Products, unless the order is cancelled by you in accordance with these Terms.
5.8. Where applicable, you will use your username and password for your personal use only and will not disclose it to any third party.
5.9. You agree that you have provided accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We are not responsible for any error made as a result of such information being inaccurate.
5.10. You agree to notify us of any changes in your information, immediately if it occurs. If you do not do so, we may terminate this agreement.

Using the Site. The hirer will liaise with the school to ensure the site remains secure before, during and after use. Hirers will be given an emergency contact number for use in case of emergency. Times for the letting will be agreed in advance with the Academy. Keys and or security codes will not be passed to any other person by the hirer, unless agreed by the Academy. The Trust has the following in place to protect the Academy when a complaint is lodged against the hirer: Strike one – hirers will receive a verbal warning about their conduct on the property and warned that repeated offences will result in their booking privileges being suspended. Strike two – Xxxxxx will receive a second verbal warning and a letter explaining that the Trust takes a zero-tolerance approach to inappropriate behaviour. The letter will outline any fines for the behaviour. Strike three – The hirer will be barred from booking the premises for any activity for a period agreed with the Academy. An apology will also be requested from the hirer. Use of public announcement and loudspeakers has to be agreed by the Academy. The Academy should also agree the maximum noise level. The Academy may agree to the use of the car park, however neither the Academy or Trust takes responsibility for any loss, damage or accident that may occur whilst the car park is in use.
Using the Site. Subject to compliance with the Agreement, including, but not limited to, applicable age and residency restrictions, you are granted a limited, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use the Site for the Site’s intended purpose. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Site, any updates or any part thereof except as applicable law may require notwithstanding this prohibition. You may print copies of the Site content and documentation as reasonably necessary for permitted use of the Site, but such copies shall not be distributed to others. 3. Broadcast, spread or make available to third parties any information or content element that undermines fundamental rights and public liberties recognized in the Constitution and international treaties.
4. Broadcast, spread or make available to third parties any information or content element that constitutes unlawful or unfair advertising.
5. Introduce unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial areas) that have been designed exclusively for it.
6. Introduce or spread any false or ambiguous information or content as to mislead the recipients of information.
7. Impersonate other users using their log-in details for different services and/or contents of the Site.
8. Broadcast, transmit or make available to third parties any information or content element that is in violation of intellectual property rights, patents, trademarks or copyrights that apply to the owner of the Site or third parties.
9. Broadcast, transmit or make available to third parties any information or content element that is in violation of the secrecy of communications and legislation on personal data protection.
