USPS Regulations Clause Samples

The USPS Regulations clause establishes that all activities, communications, or shipments governed by the agreement must comply with the rules and requirements set forth by the United States Postal Service. In practice, this means that any mailing, packaging, or delivery processes must adhere to USPS standards regarding labeling, prohibited items, and postage. By including this clause, the agreement ensures legal compliance with federal postal laws and reduces the risk of delays, fines, or rejected shipments due to nonconformance with USPS policies.
