Common use of USTDA Approval of Contract Clause in Contracts

USTDA Approval of Contract. USTDA will not authorize the disbursement of Grant Funds until this Contract conforms to modifications required by USTDA (if any) during the Contract review process and this Contract has been formally approved by USTDA. To perform this review in a timely fashion, USTDA must receive from either the Client or the Contractor an English language version of a final negotiated draft version of the Contract (in an editable electronic format) sent to the email address listed in Clause M below, or to such other email address as specified by USTDA.
