Utilities and Appliances. [966.4 (b)(1)] (a) PHA Supplied Utilities: The PHA will supply water, sewer service and trash collection. PHA will not be liable for the failure to supply utility service for any cause whatsoever beyond its control. PHA will provide a cooking range and refrigerator.
