Utilities and Consumables. 9.1 At all times during the Term, the Seller shall be responsible for securing all supplies of electricity, water, sanitation, telecommunications, waste disposal services and all other utilities required for the construction, maintenance and operation of the Project. 9.2 The Seller shall be solely responsible for obtaining, stockpiling (if applicable) and transporting all supplies of consumables necessary to comply with its obligations under this Agreement.
