Common use of Utilities and Other Services Clause in Contracts

Utilities and Other Services. Tenant shall make arrangements for and shall pay, or cause to be paid, charges for any and all gas, electricity, water, light, heat, air conditioning, power and telephone, or other communication service used, rendered, or supplied upon or in connection with Tenant's use of the Leased Premises and shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless for any liability or damages on such account.
