The Company has filed or caused to be filed with, or obtained from, the applicable state or local utility commissions or regulatory bodies (including the California Independent System Operator), all forms, statements, reports, registrations and documents (including all exhibits, amendments and supplements thereto) required to be filed by it or obtained under California state utility laws and the respective rules and regulations thereunder, except as could not reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect, all of which complied in all material respects with all applicable requirements of the appropriate act and the rules and regulations thereunder in effect on the date each such report was filed.
