Utilization and Quality Improvement Reporting. Utilization and Quality Improvement reports demonstrate compliance with the Departments service delivery and quality standards. These reports shall include, but not be limited to: A. Trending and analysis reports on areas such as quality of care, access to care, or service delivery access; B. Encounter data as specified by the Department; C. Utilization review and management activities data; and D. Other required reports as determined by the Department, including, but not limited to, performance and tracking measures.
