Common use of Utilization and Quality Programs Clause in Contracts

Utilization and Quality Programs. Facility will adhere to BCBSM's policies and procedures regarding utilization review, quality assessment, precertification, case management, disease management, or other programs established or modified by BCBSM and will retain records as set forth in BCBSM administrative policy. BCBSM agrees to furnish Facility with prior information to enable it to adhere to BCBSM policies and procedures.
