Utilization and Quality Programs. Facility will adhere to BCBSM's policies and procedures regarding utilization review, quality assessment, preauthorization, disease management, case management, or other programs established or modified by BCBSM. BCBSM agrees to furnish Facility with information necessary to adhere to such policies and procedures.
