Common use of UTILIZATION REVIEW/QUALITY ASSURANCE Clause in Contracts

UTILIZATION REVIEW/QUALITY ASSURANCE. A. Within forty-five (45) days of the effective date of this Agreement, representatives of ADMINISTRATOR and CONTRACTOR shall meet and develop written Operating Procedures covering Services specified in Paragraph VII of this Exhibit A-2 to the Agreement. Such Operating Procedures shall be mutually agreed to by both parties and shall address, but not be limited to, the supervision and scheduling of Radiology Technicians and other CONTRACTOR staff operating within the CHS Facilities. Said Operating Procedures shall be reviewed by both parties at least annually, as well upon the addition of any other Services to be provided by CONTRACTOR. Any subsequent changes to the Operating Procedures shall be mutually agreed upon, in writing, by both parties.
