Common use of Utilization Review Quality Improvement and Outcomes Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Utilization Review Quality Improvement and Outcomes Monitoring. Manager shall be responsible for providing administrative support for Dental Group's utilization review, quality improvement and outcomes monitoring activities, including, without limitation, data collection, analysis and reporting for Group Patients and Beneficiaries. Manager shall also support the development and implementation of relevant policies, procedures, protocols, practice guidelines and other interventions based on such activities.
