VACATING THE FACILITY. a) Licensee shall vacate the housing facility on the expiration of the License Period or upon termination or cancellation of this License, whichever occurs first. The Licensed Space shall be considered vacated after all areas, including parking and storage areas, are clear of all Licensee’s belongings, and keys and other property for the Licensee’s use are returned to the University.
