Time and One-Half. Employees will be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times their normal hourly rate of pay for additional time worked as follows:
1. In excess of eight (8) hours in any work day for a five-day, forty- hour -a-week employee; or
2. In excess of ten (10) hours in any work day for a four-day, forty- hour -a-week employee; or
3. In excess of forty (40) hours in any FLSA work week.
Time and One-Half. All members of the Service shall be credited with an amount equal to the hours of overtime work multiplied by one and one-half (1 ½) times the hourly rate earned by such member at the time such overtime work was performed, but that the time and one-half rate shall not apply to court time or as so stipulated hereinafter.
Time and One-Half. All hours worked by employees in excess of eight (8) hours in any one work day or forty (40) hours in any one (1) week, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half the regular hourly rate, but not both. Should a legal holiday or equipment shortage prevent an employee from working forty (40) hours during his or her work week, the forty (40) hour minimum will be reduced accordingly for the purpose of awarding overtime payment.
Time and One-Half for all work performed up to the normal complement of hours during an employee's scheduled day off;
Time and One-Half. For time compensated in excess of forty hours in the employee’s working week, less all time for which holiday overtime has been earned. Double Time
Time and One-Half. (1-1/2) equivalent hourly rates will be paid a full-time employee as follows:
(a) for all work performed on a scheduled day off;
(b) for all work performed after seven (7) consecutive tours without two (2) days off until such days off are granted.
Time and One-Half. Employees shall be paid at a rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for all hours worked over forty (40) hours in one week. Overtime hours shall not be pyramided.
Time and One-Half. (1½) the employee’s hourly rate will be paid a full-time employee as follows, subject to section 15.02:
(a) For all work performed in excess of the daily hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period;
(b) For all work performed as the result of change in a posted schedule by the Employer without forty-eight (48) hours' notice;
(c) For all work performed after seven (7) consecutive tours without two (2) days off until such days off are granted.
(d) For all work performed in excess of seventy-five (75) hours per two (2) consecutive week period.
Time and One-Half. The following provisions apply to all areas of work in the Bargaining Units except those specifically covered by the original Letters of Agreement, the contents of which are contained in this Agreement.
a) Time and one-half the regular straight time rate will be paid for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours in an employee’s work day.
b) Time and one-half the regular straight time rate will be paid for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in an employee’s work-week
c) Time and one-half the regular straight time rate will be paid for all time worked on a designated holiday in addition to holiday pay.
d) Alternate schedules:
1) Ten (10) hour shifts – Time and one-half the regular straight time rate will be paid for all time worked in excess of ten (10) hours in an employee’s work day or over forty (40) hours in a work week.
2) Twelve (12) hour shifts – Time and one-half the regular straight time rate will be paid for all time worked in excess of twelve (12) hours in an employee’s work day or over forty (40) hours in a work week. *Subject to Supplemental Agreement as additional departments are recognized.
Time and One-Half. All work performed over forty hours in any work week shall be paid at the rate of time and one half.
