Vacating the Residence. Upon termination of the Lease, the Resident agrees to surrender the premises to the University and to remove all personal property. Resident shall be individually liable for the removal of all property of the Resident. Any student property left in the residence after the termination date will be deemed abandoned, and the University may take possession of and dispose of such property in any manner it deems appropriate in accordance with University regulations and applicable law, without any liability to the University whatsoever.
