Vacation Accrual Increases Sample Clauses

Vacation Accrual Increases. Employees eligible for vacation accrual increases will increase based upon the following timelines: 12.5.1.1 If employee completes 4 years employment between July 1 - Dec 31, increase is effective July 1 of that same fiscal year. 12.5.1.2 If employee completes 4 years employment between Jan 1 - June 30, increase is effective July 1 of the fiscal year following completion of 4 years. 12.5.1.3 This same eligibility holds true for all increment increases.
